What does Endless Possibilities advocate for?
Our advocacy efforts are aimed at promoting the design and creation of accessible and inclusive infrastructure, goods and services that meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Accessible Housing
The Accessible Housing Project is both a practical intervention and an advocacy tool.
As a practical intervention, we renovate houses to make them accessible, safe and comfortable for adults with disabilities and their caregivers.
As an advocacy tool, we seek to sensitize all stakeholders in the housing industry about the need for accessibility and universal design – that is design that is usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design.
Thus, we raise awareness of the accessibility changes faced by people with disabilities in the housing industry, and lobby for the design and creation of accessible houses through the Accessible Housing Project.

Accessible Tourism
In 2017, we partnered with the government and the British Council to raise awareness of the benefits of making tourism accessible for all.
A stakeholder consultative workshop on accessible tourism was held on the 23rd of November 2017, followed by a report validation workshop that was held on the 1st of February 2018.
Stakeholders came up with key measures that need to be put in place to ensure that tourism facilities are user friendly for people with disabilities, the elderly and children. It was also resolved that there was a need to carry out inspection and awareness raising visits at major hotels, lodges and resort places in Zimbabwe.

Accessible Cities
In 2016, we started the #ZimCitiesForAll Campaign.
This is an online campaign which is focused on information sharing and advocacy around the theme “Making cities inclusive and accessible for all.”
We want to connect with people who are passionate about disability issues and would like to see the world become more accessible like us.
Anybody can join the campaign by sharing our campaign material or sharing their experiences.
